When is Cytokinogenetic therapy used?

1. Tumors and metastases

  • Suitable for patients who have been denied other forms of treatment.
  • When the disease progresses and the main treatment is not effective enough.
  • At all stages of cancer, including extensive metastatic disease.

2. Chemotherapy

  • Alongside all chemotherapy regimens and other treatments: immunotherapy, radiation therapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy.
  • We increase the effectiveness of chemotherapy and reduce its side effects.

3. Prevention

  • To prevent recurrence, for people with a hereditary predisposition to cancer, and for those over 65.

About CGT

Cytokinogenetic therapy (CGT) is a modern cancer treatment method in the field of immuno-oncology.

The method aims to activate the body’s own defense mechanisms and enhance its immune response against tumors.

The goals of CGT are:

  • Tumor shrinkage;
  • Regression of metastases;
  • Disease control;
  • Prevention of recurrence.

Immune activation

We activate the body’s defenses to fight the tumor.

An individualized approach

We tailor the treatment regimen to each patient’s individual needs.

Supporting quality of life

To improve overall health and help patients stay active.

Treatment response, %

Stable disease
59%
Partial response
25%
Complete response
6%

Stable disease (SD) means no changes and no new lesions. Stable disease is considered a positive treatment outcome because it halts tumor growth and improves quality of life.

Complete response (CR / regression) means the disappearance of all tumor lesions.

Partial response (PR) means a reduction of at least 30% in the sum of the diameters of the lesions.

Treatment outcomes vary from person to person and depend on the complexity of the diagnosis and the clinical situation.

Who is CGT suitable for?

  • Patients with cancer at any stage
  • Patients undergoing chemotherapy or other treatment
  • Patients who have completed their main treatment
  • Patients receiving palliative care
  • Patients in remission
  • People with a predisposition to cancer (hereditary predisposition, genetic mutations, oncogenic HPV strains, or benign tumors).
  • People over 65

Compatible with all types of treatment

A comprehensive approach

Combining cytokinogenetic therapy with other types of treatment produces more effective results.

  • Chemotherapy
  • Immunotherapy
  • Radiation therapy
  • Targeted therapy
  • Hormone therapy
  • Also used as a standalone treatment

What is your current situation?

Cytokinogenetic therapy is not prescribed in the same way for everyone. Before treatment begins, an oncologist reviews the diagnosis, disease stage, previous treatment, test results, and the patient’s current condition.

If you are undergoing chemotherapy

Chemotherapy may cause weakness, loss of appetite, and a decline in well-being, along with concerns about being able to continue with the next cycle.

During your consultation, an OncoCareClinic308 doctor will review your treatment regimen, test results, and condition to determine whether cytokinogenetic therapy may be considered as additional support alongside your main treatment.

The aim of the consultation: To understand whether CGT is indicated and how it can be combined with your current treatment.

If the cancer has metastasized or progressed

When the disease continues to progress, patients and their families need to understand what additional medical support options may be considered alongside the main treatment.

The doctor will review your medical records, treatment history, and examination results to determine whether cytokinogenetic therapy may be appropriate in your situation.

The aim of the consultation: To obtain a medical opinion on whether CGT may be an option for advanced cancer.

After surgery or your main treatment

After surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or other treatment, many patients still have one main concern: the risk of recurrence.

During the consultation, the doctor will review your medical history, examination results, and current condition to discuss options for follow-up care and support aimed at preventing recurrence.

The aim of the consultation: To understand what steps can be taken after completing your main treatment.

If the patient is seriously ill or receiving palliative care

In palliative care, quality of life, symptom control, maintaining strength, and regular contact with a doctor are especially important.

An OncoCareClinic308 specialist will review the patient’s condition, current prescriptions, and medical records to determine whether cytokinogenetic therapy can be used as part of their medical care.

The aim of the consultation: To discuss whether it is possible to improve quality of life and support the patient at this stage.

The standard treatment program includes 6 treatment cycles.

After the main phase is complete, the doctor assesses the treatment results using follow-up examinations (CT scans, MRI scans, and other tests) and determines the next steps.

Once the disease has stabilized, the patient may be switched to maintenance therapy, which usually involves one injection per month.

The duration of treatment is always determined individually and depends on the diagnosis, disease stage, response to therapy, and the patient’s overall condition.

Each cycle lasts 30 days:

  • the first 20 days: daily injections;
  • the next 10 days: a break.

The next treatment cycle then begins.

The treatment regimen, dosages, and program duration are selected by the doctor individually for each patient.

The medications are injected under the skin using a fine insulin needle in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm.

Most patients successfully administer the injections themselves at home.

We provide:

  • detailed video instructions;
  • step-by-step written instructions;
  • guidance and support from the clinic’s specialists.

Patients who live in Moscow can also have their injections administered in our clinic’s treatment room.

Including new treatment methods in the mandatory health insurance system is a lengthy process that can take many years.

We continue to work toward this goal and are committed to making modern treatments more accessible to patients.

Remote care was developed primarily for patients’ convenience and safety.

Many cancer patients undergo treatment with weakened immunity, so frequent travel and visits to medical facilities can place additional strain on the body.

Cytokinogenetic therapy does not require a continuous stay at the clinic and can be administered on an outpatient basis under medical supervision.

It is important to understand that a medication’s effectiveness does not depend on where it is administered. The same principle has long been used in modern oncology: many patients receive targeted therapy or anticancer medications in tablet form and take them at home.

Our specialists remain in contact and support the patient throughout every stage of treatment.

OncoCareClinic 308 works with patients throughout Russia and abroad.

We have deliberately chosen to operate as a single specialist center providing remote patient support. This allows us to:

  • maintain consistent treatment standards;
  • ensure strict quality control of medications;
  • comply with storage and transportation requirements;
  • maintain a high standard of medical support regardless of where the patient lives.

This enables patients to receive consultations and treatment from any city in Russia or elsewhere in the world.
